I had a reasonably large and beautiful room with a balcony, a spacious bathroom for my comfort. The staff were useful and friendly, and the location was magnificent in a good safe area.

The quadruple room was huge with a spacious bathroom, so that guests had essentials. A refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop were an advantage.

The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a very relaxing area, near the beautiful area and good restaurants and entertainment and Su Casa. The room of the property was neat and huge with ventilation and a spacious bathroom, as for instance. There were a cooktop, kitchenware, and a washing machine too.

Our room had a strange smell and there was a leak in the ceiling that made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. the shower was also not as practical as we had hoped, with water getting all over the bathroom floor.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Pietermaritzburg. The hotel had a fantastic location, being close to a shopping center. It made it really convenient for me to explore the area and do some shopping. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They made me feel really welcome and attended to all my needs promptly. The rooms, although they didn't have windows or ventilation, were surprisingly spacious and the bathroom was particularly large. I also enjoyed the breakfast provided at the hotel, it was a great way to start the day.

One small area for improvement could be the pillows, as they were a bit hard for my liking.
